Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aman AI Child Safety Certification platform operated by Base71 on behalf of the Education, Human Development and Community Development Council (EHCD).
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Aman platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Platform description
Aman provides AI child safety certification services, including application submission, security evaluation, certification issuance, and verification portals. The platform evaluates AI applications across 14 security lenses to assess their safety for use by children.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Certification process
Certification results are based on automated and manual testing at the time of evaluation. A certification does not guarantee absolute safety and is valid only for the specific version of the application tested. Certified applications are subject to continuous monitoring and periodic re-evaluation.
5. Intellectual property
All content, methodologies, test cases, and evaluation frameworks on the Aman platform are the intellectual property of EHCD and Base71. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Aman and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or any certified application. The certification provides an assessment at a point in time and does not constitute a warranty.
7. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
